Will marital status affect my Study permit application if my fiance is a PR holder?
I will be applying for a study permit after getting married. And I have already received the offer letter. My SDS documents are ready. It's just that I will be applying after marriage, so will that create any issue during processing?

Maybe, maybe not. You'll have less credibility on home ties etc.

Why don't you go the spousal sponsorship way instead?

It'll take almost a year.
I had already applied in a college and now that I have my letter of acceptance I wanted to go on a study permit.

You need to be truthful for the questionnaire and while filling all the forms and declare your marriage, but don't explicitly mention your spousal's PR status unless any form or questionnaire asks for it. Don't mention this in the SOP.
