Pls I need your guide on the below question.
We are planning to apply as Fed Skilled worker but am concern is myself and my wife had two children before formalizing our marriage in the registry, I do i go about the application?
1. Can we apply under common partner?
2. Can we present our marriage certificate but would they not make reference to the age of our children that does not reflect when they were born and date of our marriage?
Please I need a guide.
