Marital status update for NBI CLearance in the Philippines

I just had by nso marriage certificate i just got married last December. And i want to request for an NBI clearance with my new married last name?whats the procedure for marital status update?what are the requirement and procedures to update my information with NBI from single to married so that when i will request for nbi clearance it would already reflect my new last name?thank you
