Marital status change

I have applied for student visa as Single and I have a student visa now.
I got married before the visa application in March but my marriage was registered after I got the student visa.
Will there be any problem in changing the marital status in embassy. I applied as Single bcz I didn't had marriage certificate.
While submitting the martoal status change form, the date of change of status should be marriage date or certificate date(registration date)

The certificate date is irrelevant given you were married from the date you were married and should have
reflected this fact in any dealings with a IRCC.
