hi im new on this site. i just have a question. this is my case:

my husband was originally approved at the MPNP as single. he received his letter of approval last February 2014. we got married last may 2014 and was advised by the VO through an email to update his marital status. the email goes:

Dear XXXXXXXX
This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
In order to continue processing your application, we require the following:
Additional Family Info IMM5645: A Additional Family Information form (IMM5645) - for yourself and your spouse
Schedule 1: A separate and newly completed Schedule 1 Background Declaration form - for your spouse
IMM 0008 Application: A completed Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) - for yourself
Birth registration/certificate: Original or certified true copy from NSO or local civil registry, for your spouse and newborn child
Marriage Certificate / Licence: Marriage/certificate(s) - Original or certified true copy from NSO or local civil registry
Client Information: Processing fee for your spouse and your child if accompanying RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee - for your spouse, if accompanying
Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document for your spouse and newborn child
Passport photos: Original passport size photographs (two pieces) (photographs must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications) - for your spouse and newborn child
Police certificate: Original and valid NBI certificate for your spouse

These must be received at this office by: 2014/07/08 or as soon as available.
All requested documents, unless specified, should be scanned and sent by email to the above email address. Those documents requested in its original form, e.g. police certificates, should be sent via courier to our mailing address above.
The requested information/documents must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter. We will notify you of next steps once we receive and assess your documentation.
Failure to provide the requested documentation within the time indicated may lead to the refusal of your application.
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FILE NUMBER ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE WITH THIS OFFICE.

for the IMM 0008 APPLICATION, do i need to submit supporting documents for the PERSONAL HISTORY part like diploma, transcript of records and certificate of employment?
