I am currently a student doing a BC PNP master program. Before I came to Canada, I was in a common-law relasionship. My partner didn't come to Canada with me after I came to Canada. Now we've been broke up for months, and I am about to graduate and apply the Nomination. Can I put Single as my martial state while I apply to my nomination or work permit?
