Marine Officer looking for a job to immigrate

Hello there,

I’m oceangoing watchkeeping officer from Turkey. I ve my coc and Turkish seaman’s book but after a quick review it seems i can’t hold my coc to canadian one without being a citizen or pr. I determined it i ll move to canada and live in there forever. But i’m still at the first step. There are some ways to come canada but the way i want is with a job offer. Can someone help me about it ? I can work in hard conditions in land as we do at sea. I can pay my own costs. I just need an offer seriously.

Unfortunately no jobs or employers on this forum and is almost impossible to get a job offer from outside of Canada.
