but as I am sailing as 3rd engineer on cargo ships.I am working on contract basis with company like 6 month on ship and then 2-4 month at home.so how i will calculate my experience to apply in express entry.

You need one year continuous skilled work experience to be eligible. After that you can work contract, you just need employment letters. Calculate as full time for 6 months.
