I have applied for Work Permit LMIA Exempt on 10 March 2023 from Singapore under SINP Offer of Employment with Work Permit Support Letter. I have been waiting for 24 weeks now. Current processing tome this week in Singapore is 25 weeks. Last two weeks was 28 weeks. I have done MP inquiry, raised webforms, called IRCC bit still nothing.
I ordered GCMS notes there are two things noted. First is, my PCC was dated 13 February 2023 and was stated that there was more than 15 days gap to the date of application and additional verification maybe required. I wasn’t worried about this as I submitted an updated PCC on April 2023. But in GCMS Notes outcome of PCC verification is sti pending dated 26 June.
Second is, my wage in offer of employment number application by my employer and wage in offer letter has significant difference. But I think the officer just overlooked because there were two amount in job offer letter, consists of company wage and government supplement wage. When it’s added, the amount stated by my employer in IRCC system would tally. Additionally, all other applicants from the company has the same offer, wage and documents as mine, and they got their approval. So I am not worried about too.
Anyone on the same boat who has applied on January, February or March 2023 who are still waiting and will soon pass the processing time?
Please do give some insights. Waiting has been so draining and causing me so much anxiety.
