Just got my IELTS results now..
L-9
R-9
W-8.5
S-7.5
Overall band score 8.5

I am so happy..now i can claim all 16 points for language proficiency

I had exactly 1 month to prepare for the test. My main advice is that you should familiarize yourself with the test format for all 4 sections. The only way you can do this is by practice!..I practiced with the cambridge series (2-8) as well as with barron's and kaplan's..i got all these books from the local library..
