Special request: Please let be very polite towards each other and AINP. We have to understand AINP is helping us by giving us this oppurtunities when US immigration system has been treating h1-b visa holder really bad.

image6000,

vsrao is already doing a very good job of tracking timelines for AINP. why do you want to start a new thread for this ?

US immigration system is not treating anyone bad. They have their immigration policies and giving you the green card is not their priority at this time. This time fixing the economy is their priority. If your employer is taking advantage of your H1B status, you need to contact labor department or human rights association.
