Many things yet not clear. Requesting you to pls share your opinion as mention below all questions/query.

1. Work experience which as we know the most effective point,
Sub questions:
* Will application accepted at CIO if the application made on the basis of his past work exp?>>> The applicant's past work experience matched with current eligible NOC. Shall we apply?

* In document checklist they have mention Origional letters of reference. then this is which type of document likewise???

* Need to show the notarized certified work exp copy for whole duties, salaries, time period etc etc.. from past employer also?

* For Self employed professional persons how to proove his nature of work, who can certified this?

2. POF
* Can we show POF from more than one bank? if applicant having 8000$ in one bank, and having 7000$ in other bank, then combined POF total 15000$, can we show?

3. For Spuce documents:
* Need to submit documents related to education and work exp. as this haven't seen anywhere in point no. 16 in document checklist.

4. PCC
* How to obtain PCC other than India, will it be easy to get PCC from that require country's embassy in India.

1) as far as to qualify under eligible NOC list work experience atleast 1year from past 10years is mandatory, to get full points for experience section is requiered over 4years work experience is required to get fullpoints (visit self eligibility test on CIC website google it you will get direct link).

READ CIC Guide number 7 WORK EXPERIENCE:

For you and your spouse or common-law partner:
•notarized employment contracts from your present and past employers, accompanied by an English or French translation
•original and up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers. Letters must be written on company letterhead and show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, and be stamped with the company's official seal.
Letters must include all of the following information:
•the specific period of your employment with the company
•the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position
•full details of your main responsibilities and duties in each position
•your total annual salary plus benefits
•the signature of your immediate supervisor or the personnel officer of the company
•a business card of the person signing
If you cannot provide a reference from your current employer, provide a written explanation (i.e. employment contracts, work descriptions, performance appraisals describing job duties).


2) yes, multiple bank accounts is accepted (must be of Principal applicants or spouse or child accounts only, joint accounts with parents or business partners etc not accepted. appliants joint accounts with his/her spouse or child is accepted, gift or loan for POF is not accepted).

3) follow number 1) reply.

4) PCC for india from outside that applicant have to follow instructions from nearest indian embassy or consulate. for example Indian PCC from NY Consulate for Indians staying in USA and region covered by NY indian consulate can apply for PCC at NY Consulate of India Link http://indiacgny.org/php/showContent.php?linkid=205&partid=99&sub=sub4.
rest of the world countries PCC's request must have to follow this link explaination is under each country list, PCC process is vary and depend on the country where applicant stay over 6months: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/index.asp

All points are set and described well by CIC you have to go through all sections and read kit manual, guide and checklist properly.

Shall we apply?amish, I had replied to this earlier....for you to be eligible. you have to have experience in one of the current NOCs......if you have other experience in different NOC then you will get points for them if they are in skill level O, A or B. will explain O,A or B skills in later post

* In document checklist they have mention Origional letters of reference. then this is which type of document likewise???Tis reference letter has to be acquired by your past/present employers and should be CURENT. If you cannot provide current letters then you should explain in a cover note

* Need to show the notarized certified work exp copy for whole duties, salaries, time period etc etc.. from past employer also? Yes

* For Self employed professional persons how to proove his nature of work, who can certified this? Provide as much documents possible.....tax papers, client logs etc

2. POF
* Can we show POF from more than one bank? if applicant having 8000$ in one bank, and having 7000$ in other bank, then combined POF total 15000$, can we show?Yes, if the amount was deposited suddenly then it might be a red flag and you might be asked for clarifications regarding the source of money as POF cannot be borrowed

3. For Spuce documents:
* Need to submit documents related to education and work exp. as this haven't seen anywhere in point no. 16 in document checklist. Need to send the docs to be transparent

4. PCC
* How to obtain PCC other than India, will it be easy to get PCC from that require country's embassy in India. I have already provided link (previously)to get PCCs from other countries
