Hello - I have 4+ years experience as an IT Business systems analyst in US. I am intending to apply for EE as well as a few provinces. Please help me figure out the following:
1) How to safely apply for multiple provinces at the same time? Some provinces are telling not to apply if we have applied for another province. Some give penalty points if we applied for another PNP.
For MPNP - 50 points for close friend and 50 points for regional development if we are willing to settle outside Winnipeg.
2) I have a friend in Manitoba. We know each other since 2009. We met in Springfield Missouri and went to the same school. What documents are required to prove the friendship?
3) If I mention, I am willing to settle outside Winnipeg but do not follow that, will it backfire by any chance?
4) Which provinces are good for IT systems analyst job? I can wait for a year or two and land in a good province rather end up no where. I am considering Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Quebec in the same order. Please let me know how to go about researching.
