Hi friends my name is Anthony, I am new to this forum I have a query to ask I recently got into red river college nd one of my friend told(who is already in canada) that in manitoba after completing 2 yrs of degree we can directly file for residency, my question is "is it true" if yes what is the time span for me to get the residency please advice

thank you very much this clears my doubts so how hard is to get residency in manitoba I mean some time people wait for years is it same in manitoba
