Good day. I'm am living here illegally in the United States for almost 10 years. I was married in the Philippines and divorced her in the USA. I met american citizen and married . Unfortunately, I could not adjust my immigration status because of my Crewmen visa C1/D used to enter in the USA. One year later of immigration adjustment denial my american wife broke our relationship.

After all bad circumtances,I'm planning to go back to my home country. I asked my wife back in the philippines if we can get our family back together with our child. So now we are in good relationship, our friends from Winnepeg, Manitoba want to us to apply in Provincial Nominee Program through their supports.
However, as I mentioned in the beginning I divorced my wife from the Philippines here in the USA. In the law of the Philippines we are still married unless we file annulment. I'm afraid my marriage in the USA will affect our application to migrate in Canada.

Should I declare in the application my marriage in the USA?
or
Should I file another divorce with my american file before applying to Canada?

Please give me advise. I want to start new life and give my child a better future.
