Hi, I have a question about MPNP and I appreciate if anyone can help me with. I'm an international student came to Winnipeg to study. After graduation, I got my work permit and worked for less than two years. While I was working, I applied for MPNP and later my PR. While my PR was in process, I got a new study position in Winnipeg so now I study again. A few months ago I got a mail that my PR application is rejected and I have to provide new documents (start the application again). This is while my MPNP is already expired and I'm not working full-time anymore. One of the requirements of MPNP application, if I have to start MPNP from scratch, is working full-time job. Is there any solution to this problem? Can anyone please help me with this situation? Thank you

You say you got PR? So just to clarify, you applied for PR. What stream? For example, if through IES then:

You must have a full-time job offer from an eligible Manitoba employer with a minimum 1-year contract in an occupation on Manitoba's In-Demand Occupations List that is consistent with your completed program of studies in Manitoba.

You must be working full-time in Manitoba with a valid work permit* at the time your application is assessed.

Assume you applied for a new study permit. If you left your job and no longer working then you were obligated to information Manitoba Immigration to cancel your application. You are no longer eligible. You will have to start MPNP from the beginning.

First of all, thank you for the immediate reply. I didnt get my PR. My PR was rejected and then they mailed back to me all my documents that I sent for PR application. And yes I applied through IES (Career employment program). After my graduation, I got my post graduate work permit and then I applied for MPNP and I got the MPNP certificate finally. I used my MPNP certificate for PR. I was working for a while even when my PR application was being processed. Government sent my PR rejection long after MPNP was expired and their reason was that I didn't sign the document which I checked with everyone and documents were fine. Thank you for the answer
