manitoba pnp

Hi every one am new to this forum..iam planning to apply for manitoba pnp..am i have 3 years experience as computer information systems manager..
iam wandering that my occupation is not in the federal skilled list...i want to know whether my occupation is eligible for applying for manitoba under general stream i have two relatives in manitoba...please let me know about this am in confusion...

Is there seprate NOC codes for Manitoba PNP or the NOC list which just came in June 26, 2010 is also applicable or Manitoba pnp?
