I am a bit curious to know about the MPNP process. My wife got a LOA last month and we uploaded all the documents required online. However, my question is how long does it take to get a MPNP certificate? Once I get the MPNP certificate, can I use that for express entry? I understand that the letter explains the further process that needs to be followed, however, is there any possibility of using that certificate for express entry. I have received mixed opinions from people where few said that their letter advises them to apply via express, whereas some letters says to apply via paper based application. If not express, how long does it take for a paper based application to get processed?
