Dear sir,

My friend staying at brandon has filed under PNP i,e general stream on 29 nov still date we have not received LOA how much time generaly it take

It takes at least six month under general stream. The online application is a bit faster than the courier option and unfortunately you can't use online method under the general stream for now.
