Manitoba PNP - For international student after completing the course

Hi , Someone told me that if an international student can get a job in his stream of study after the course completion then he can apply for PNP just after one month of job. If he does not get job in his field of study but some other field then he can apply PNP after 6 months. Does someone knows if this is correct?
What is considered same field? Lets say someone studies Management but gets job as a Technician . Both are related to technology but field of study is management while job is technical. Any inputs are appreciated.

That is partially correct:

1. The job offer must be in one of the areas in demand, you can apply the same day when you get the job offer, no need to wait 1 month
2. Yes, if not in the area o demand an according to your program of study, 6 months of work and then apply
