Ok i'm here on a one year working holiday /open work permit, which I got after graduating from an Australian university with an IT degree.
I have work experience in IT consulting where i did an internship, as well as worked in the USA where i did auditing of work contracts to foreign students during my summers.
I have a permanent offer of employment from my current employment in Canada. They held a job fair and advertised the position in jobbank & workopolis, that's how I got the job.
Does my employer still need to apply for LMO before I start applying for PNP?
Also my position is as a customer service rep for a finance company, it is an entry-level position (i do however intend to do my CGA next year) ANYWAYS the job is listed as a high demand job for Manitoba but is listed as NOC level C though, so what are my chances of getting Manitoba PNP thourgh the employer stream?

Hi there, was wondering if you ever got your answer to this question? In a similar situation myself and want to know if its worth going through the pnp program on a job that is listed in Skill Set C on the NOC list :-[

Hi there,

Apologies for the late reply! I got my answer to that question. I actually met the manager of that program herself. I showed her a copy of my letter of offer from the company through which I am hired for, and she said 'dont waste your time or money'.

The rules are absolute and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.

I hope this will help you in your decision making.

Good luck :)
