Manitoba PNP cleared, can i go to canada?

hello folks,
I have 2 friends ready to provide affidavit of support for general stream PNP, while i am well qualified for federal fast track immigration, my dilemma is which one to pick, Manitoba clears PNP and transfers file to federal, Is it possible once Manitoba clears my PNP i can go n live in Manitoba?

If any one of you has any idea regarding this please help me. it will make it a lot easier for me, otherwise i will have to go through Federal Immigration.

Once Manitoba clears your PNP, you can apply for your PR but it will still take a few months to get it. You could go to Manitoba on a visit visa if you want to but you can not work without a work permit until you have your PR.

so i can get visitor visa n look for job, if i get a job offer, i can obtain work permit, ??

You can apply for a visitor visa. There is no guarantee that you will get it. You can look for jobs. You can ask Manitoba PNP after you are nominated if they will lift your requirement of needing an LMO before you apply for a work permit. That would make it easier for you to get a job.

Manitoba PNP approved does not need LMO to obtain WP.
