Hello! Firstly a little bit of information;

I am an international student that is looking to attain Canadian PR through the following process:
Manitoba PNP by working for 1 year -> Canadian PR

Now, here is the tricky bits;

I will be receiving a 1 year work permit soon (currently about to finish my studies by 18 August 2018) - I am going to apply for the work permit ASAP when I receive from my college that I have completed and passed the course.

I currently have a job and will shortly be promoted to NOC 6314 job - no fixed timeline at the moment.

I need to leave Canada in September for 3 weeks - will I be able to leave Canada and come back while my Work Permit application is being processed?

I also need to leave Canada in February for 1 and a half month for my marriage - my company is alright with this , I have spoken with my manager.

A couple of my friends mentioned that leaving while on my work permit will affect my PNP application and I may not be approved for the PNP as me leaving the country means no pay stubs meaning they do not count those period as worked.

My question is as follows;
Will I be able to leave Canada and come back after 3 weeks while my Work Permit is being processed?

Will I be able to leave the country for the above mentioned periods or will I need to stay in Canada for one whole year on my work permit to make sure it does not affect my PNP application?

I thank you in advance for your assistance in answering my queries! Please let me know if anything needs to be made clearer.
