Manitoba PNP - Application logde

hi all
I am in the process of applying Manitoba PNP. I am taking help of a consultant for filing the application.
My consultant said that she filed my application yesterday.But when I check the Government of Manitoba website. still, my application is in incomplete status.
My Question is, If the application has been successfully submitted will I get any e-mail from the government of Manitoba website acknowledging my application submission.

IN which streaming your consultant filed application? . You must be able to see in portal , if not then there is something fishi

EOI-SW is: Submitted
Initial submission date: 07-Mar-2017
i think it is in Skilled Worker stream

and I have one more question,
in the MPNP eligibility, there are 5 factors , I am passed all the factors like age, language, education, experience with 63 points but in the adaptability factor which requires either to have job offer, friends or relative in the particular province butI do not have any of that, when I talk to my consultant she said she make some arrangement.is it possible? I am totally confused.
