Manitoba PNP applicants please help!

We're going to start our application for Manitoba PNP. My sister lives there who will be sponsoring us. Please help me understand the points system. My wife and i are from Pakistan live and work in UAE.
How long the process takes? We're so nervous please help.

Post under PNP thread. But first read through Manitoba Immigration and calculate your family’s points. Then look up the draws and see what scores are selected. And state that you are sponsoring family members as your history suggests that you are living in Manitoba.
