Manitoba Nomination scores

Hi Friends,

Below is one of the eleigible score to enter into MPNP programme. My question is : when people having 722 score why do they need to prefer Manitoba over ON/BC/AB Provinces which has more good opportunities ? Can you clarify ? Thanks

I think he has 122 score and with the nomination he was awarded 600 so it became 722.

As in no one can ve score of more than 600 without job offer or PNp.

Its my observation.

Manitoba has different scoring system than Express Entry, having 722 in Manitoba donesn't mean that person has 722 in EE pool
