The VO will want proof that the job actually exists. The fact the job is conditional on immigration? Do you mean that there is no LMO for the position, so you would only qualify for it if you have PR? We may need more details in order to help you further.

Actually i am an English Lecturer but i don't think there is much scope of English teaching in Canada. I am applying without a job offer as my family friend is sponsoring us. I need suggestion what profession or work should i choose in settlement plan for me and how to justify it. Do u have any suggestion?

If your English Lecturer. Your job profile must be in demand in Manitoba. If its not in demand, then they will reject your settlement plan. I believe there is demand of Lecturers in Canada all over.

In settlement you must mention your job profile as lecturer only. U can't mention anything else. Rest you better visit MPNP website for details.
