Manitoba General Stream to sponsor a Friend

Hi, I have got my two friends who would like to come to Manitoba on PR (I think it's under General Stream). I know this is possible to sponsor your close friend but need experts advise on here!!!!!

If I cannot sponsor both my friends then can My Husband sponsor one and me other one?

Please be advsied that I don't want to sponsor anyone who I don't know so Please do not reply if you want to get sponsored. I just received someone's reply saying that he/she wants to come to canada on PR... this thread is not for them..
