Manitoba Business Nominee but live in a different province- citizenship Q

Hi everyone,

This question is for my uncle and his children. They became PR in 2013 through Manitoba Business Nominee, Paid $75000, stayed in Manitoba for 2 months, then moved back home. Now they want to come and stay in Canada but do not wish to stay in Manitoba. If they return and stay in Toronto and fulfill their 2 years out of 5, can they renew their PR and eventually become Canadian Citizen or they would get questions of not staying in Manitoba and run a successful business. Any help is appreciated, especially from people with similar experience.

Sounds like they are real close to violating their PR RO already. They better figure out what they want to do right quick.

Their PR most likely will be taken away, unless if they come back and stay in MB. Manitoba is not that bad. It's just cold.
