Hi!

Our application is still "In process". It said that:

We received your application for permanent residence on 2008.
We started processing your application on 2014.
Medical results have been received.

I've been seeing this status for one year now and still no progress. We already had our second medical 'coz it already expired. Any idea if our application is near into reality? : Please help! I'm losing hope.

I find it difficult to believe that your application was received in [you say 'on' ] 2008 and has still not been dealt with: 7 years? That must be approaching a world record. Did you mean 20th August, and if so of what year? It would be helpful if you told us where the information you quote comes from and the precise wording of what you quote. Bear in mind also that there are separate threads for English speaking and Tagalog speaking applicants to the Manila VO: you may get better help by posting in one of those threads.

Hi Wowsers! I edited the exact date and forgot to change the "on" to "in" Anyway, our application was filed by my sister last 2008. And we received letter from Manila VO last 2013 that our application is now being reviewed. They requested us to submit our passport and asked us to have our medical on the same year. We received letters from them last 2014, asking us to submit documents as requirements in our application. But due to some issues, we had delay in submitting some of the requirements. Because of this, our medical was expired. Manila VO requested again for another medical last Feb 2015 and we immediately complied. If we are not mistaken, we completed ALL requirements.

Up to date, no words from Manila VO We're hoping that everything will be fine..
