Hi,
I have noticed that the Manila Visa office seems to be moving applications faster now,
anybody has noticed that ?

With the Temporary Worker Program having a moratorium
for the fast food Industry, If Temporary Worker Visas were issued in Manila,
It may have release some work pressure for the Immigration
Officer/s over there, and getting the Family Class a little bit faster....

Just personal observation, but anybody has noticed that ???

I've always wanted to know something, why are the majority of TFW's Filipino? And I read somewhere that 90% of people arriving under the live-in caregiver program are Filipino, why is this? I was wondering if Philippines had some kind of special program for Filipinos to immigrate to Canada more so than other countries?
