Mandatory to send current job reference letter ?

Hi guys,

Is it mandatory to send current job reference letter ?
I am in the current job only for 8 months, but my previous work was 3 years and 1 month.
I listed that work in my work history and only one job in the work history even though i had 8 other years of work experience in the past with 3/4 other companies and it's hard to get to reference letter for the past employers
Would that be any issue ?

You will have to provide reference letters for those jobs which you have mentioned in Work history.

Oh one more thing, as mentioned I only listed work A for 3 years in month for NOC X and I listed my primary NOC as NOC X.
But I want to play safe. I have sort of reference letter for work B,C and D but they are all missing a bit piece and there such as one does not have job duties, but have all of other details. One have all the details but the company already went bust and work B,C and D are all for different NOC W,Y,Z and they are not primary NOC.
Now when I submitted my EE a month ago, before selected in ITA, I only put work A in the work history.

Question: if I want to add work B,C and D with so-called not so perfect reference letters, can I add them now in post ITA ?
If I add them, will it affect my score ? I assume it will still be the same because my first work A already have 3 years 1 month
And also, in case they don't accept reference letter of B,C and D, will it have negative impact on my application ?

Did this work for you?
I already received ITA in April
My work experience is as follows:
Company A: Oct 15-Oct 18 (3 years)
Company B: Nov 18 - Present
while creating the EE profile I mentioned both these experiences, But I can not reveal my Canada plans to Company B(current employer) and hence can't obtain the employment letter with job responsibilities, although I do have the appointment letter and salary slips. since this job contributes only 5 months to the work history, can I remove this experience from work history and mention it only under personal history? I have read at many places that this can be done for previous (old) jobs but I am not sure If the current work can be removed. can I move current job from work history to personal history and explain in LOE or should i decline this ITA and create another profile without current experience. Please suggest.
