Hello,
Will any previous visa refusals decreases the chances to get a study permit in Canada?
I have 8 refusals of US visa in between 1999 to 2008. (4 for visit visa and 4 for student visa), Now I am applying for the study permit for Sep 2015 intake.
Should I mention them all in my form?
Will it affect my present application?

thanks.

did not understand ur question
IMM1294E specifically asks for past rejections for canada as well as other countries.

Yes, CIC has access to USA database, if you do not mention the visa rejections and the visa officer finds out , you will be denied for misrepresentation and banned for Canada for up to 2 years.

OK Thanks.
Will my previous rejections might create some issues ???

This was already answered previously. Yes - with 8 rejections in your history, it's quite possible this will cause problems because it looks like you are trying to get to North America any way possible and may not be a genuine student. You will need a very strong SOP.

A SOP is a statement of purpose. If you search for SOP on this forum you'll find plenty of information about them.
