Mandatory 3 day hotel quarantine for parents- visitor visa

I am a Canadian citizen. my parents is coming to Canada next month since they have the valid visitor visa(immediate family member ). my question is
Q. after completing the 3 day mandatory hotel quarantine in hotel if they tested positive will Canadian government bear the cost of the next 14 day quarantine ?
i heard for international students its free of cost.

plz help me out with the info

If they test positive, they pay for all costs. International students pay too...where did you hear it is free for them. Some colleges/universities are building the costs into a student’s accomodation fees if staying in residence.

It is dependent on the province. Also dependent if they are at their final destination.
