Hello. I provided more than the actual amount of payment instructed for my courier services availed for my passport submission. I had extra 50 pesos (1 dollar) to the required manager's cheque worth. Will that be grounds for the return of my passport unstamped? Or it does not matter since they'll just send my parcel back to me if I am short on payment and not when I go overboard with it?
