My wife is planning to get a company reference letter from HR.
The reference letter will be on a company's letter head which consist of my wife's Name, Designation, Joining Date, Last Working Date, Work Hours, Duties and Responsibilities for all the roles, Salary details which says Annual Total Compensation, Benefits and Total Remuneration, Manager's Detail such as Name, Designation, E-Mail and Phone. The letter head will be digitally signed by HR person.
Is it mandatory to get the Manager's signature on the reference letter ?
