Malaysian Police Report

Hi Everyone,

I uploaded a Malaysian police certificate as part of my express entry application, however I got an email stating that I submitted incomplete information and that I need to submit a Malaysian police certificate. Can anyone show me what a Malaysian PCC looks like for reference.
