IMM1294B (completly filled)
SOP (statement of purpuse)
Acceptance letter from college
Ielts score
Degree/Transcripts
2 photographs (according to requirements of the CHC)
Affidevit of support
Fuds (Bank Statement)
income tax statement (if applies)
Property evaluation paper (by a certified engineering firm)
other assets (documents)
family tree (i guess every1 know what is family tree)
family photographs (with ur parents and all family)

All applications must be completely and accurately filled out, and must also include this Supplementary Information Form PDF * (38 KB) (also referred to as the Family Composition form).


i am wondering if students need to fill this application form? or is it for other catagory?

Can any pakistani students shed light on this?

this is not required for a student visa my friend this is only required for PR applicants i guess or in case if they ask for it then only coz it is not mentioned in study visa section ..

@ yasir by all family mean ur immediate family like ur siblings , i didnot mean to say that u put ur photographs for ur aunts and uncles, and cousons etc ... just ur parents and ur siblings and it would be great if u have a family photograph ..

Hasnaat, please provide a complete list of docs for everyone. Everyone is getting confused now.

No one provides photograps unless a wife is being sponsored by a husband or someone is going on a visitor visa.

I have never heard of providig family photos for student visa/study permit. Also, what is this family tree from NADRA? what info does it contain? is it neccessary to provide?

@ asad brother photographs is not a requirement , infact there are so many things which are not required by the visa officer like SOP i never see it on the list in the CIC website but we do provide this and so on there are several other things which are not necessary but we provide .. its just because we want to make our case strong. its not necessary, if u dont want to add that is absolutely ok. and one more thing NADRA family tree is some thing like ur father then u, ur bros, ur sis etc all mentioned on that tree, and that is useful when u are showing in ur case that u have property back home and you are going to get a share of it .. i hope i make myself clear ..
