how we can justify that our relationship is genuine(Means what types of documents / proofs rrequired).
Leon we are thinking that we will apply a new PR application because it will take hardly one year and if we use citizen spouse accompanying outside canada and then apply for PRTD so we have to stay straight two years outside canada.Now after five month. i am totally free from my home country.Is i am thinking right direction or there is risk to apply and percent chances of refusal if apply new application for PR ( spouse citizen canada )
