Maintaining the PR Status

We landed in Canada as PR on 19 April 2008 and left on 22 April 2008. And the expiry of the PR card is 4 May 2013. Now we are on the way back to Canada and settle there permanently. Would you please advise which should be the last date for next entry to maintain our 730 days of stay? Whether April 19 or 22 or May 4 of 2011. Thanks.

You can be outside Canada for up to 1095 days without having problems so that is 3 years and so you must be back on April 22 2011 or earlier and after that, you may not leave Canada for 2 years.
