Hi, I have a question about maintained/implied status.

In December I submitted PR application and BOWP application as well. I received a Submission Confirmation Letter regarding BOWP with no information about extension of my current work permit.

Do I have maintained status automatically?
Have you guys received a letter with or without any specific extension period? Can I stay in Canada and working here with this piece of document?

My current close work permit is about to expire in two weeks.

Based on what document can I extend the Alberta Health Care?

You did not receive WP-EXT letter? That's the letter you use for jobs and I assume for Health care.

Submission confirmation gives you maintained status, but you need this letter for people outside of IRCC because submission confirmation doesn't specify what kind of an application you made or for what.

No I don’t have that letter. It’s been a while so I’m not sure if that letter is supposed to come or there was a mistake somewhere. Or should I do it again?

Not sure what to do, but I'd try to contact them and see what's going on.
