waht is happend to adam is nothing but the inappropriation in setting and matching duties. theres a difference between compant trainer and a collegege teacher.

i would like to draw attention of you here what i have prepared as main duties as college lecturer in economics. pls spare some time for me and consult it later i would like to hear from you as comment:
Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes and teaching economics for college students
Developing curricula and preparing teaching materials and outlines for courses and advising students on program curricula and career decisions
Preparing, administering and marking tests and papers to evaluate student's progress.
Marking works, giving feedback and maintaining records of pupil's progress and development.
Providing individualized tutorial/ remedial instructions and supervising independent or group projects , field placements or hands on training
Preparing pupils for external exams and administering and invigilating these exams.
Serving on comities concerned with matters such as budget, curriculum, revision and course requirements
all these are my main duties.
what do you think in this regrad? does it satisfy main duties...
