Mailing the PR card by courier overseas

Hi all,

I need to send a PR card for one of my relatives to overseas by courier, Is there any problem from doing that with the customs for example?
2- what to write in the type of shipment in the airway bill of the courier? just write a letter without specific description?

those who did that before pls advice.

Hi,

No problem if you send by courier.

On the envelope you can write "original certificate" , or something like that as you wish. The customs will not get involved in this.

I hope it will work as I called some courier service providers and said that customs should know about if the package has any sort of ID like the PR card..
