This might sound complicated but I will try to simply and ask.
So I am now preparing the files to send for my spousal PR application.
Now there are two check lists I am seeing here. One is from the Sponsor's Check list: Which asks me to include Sponsor's forms and sponsored person's forms as well.
And the second check list is from the Country Specific Information Guide: This guide has a check list of its own: Asks for sponsored persons fills and all supporting documents too.
Now my question is that: I am going to prepare two files: One for sponsor with all supporting docs and One for sponsored person with all supporting docs.
So am I supposed to include sponsored person forms in the sponsor's file too because the check list has asked for sponsored persons forms too? Or I just include sponsored person's forms only in the sponsored person's separate file I am preparing?
The problem is that if I have to included sponsored person's forms in the sponsor's file then do I also include all supporting documents there? which means relationship proofs etc which is too much of work to put up such information in two files ?
