Best way to go is definitely a package WITH a tracking number. Either Canada post, UPS, Fedex, DHL or any other shipping companies can do that for you.gladys123 said:Just wondering if most people sent their application via CanadaPost with tracking? Also, did you submit your application in a huge envelope or box? I've never mailed anything this thick before, so not sure what is the best way to go!
My personal opinion is that it's the only way to go. Sending it without tracking number and required signature is just flat out stupid.sashali78 said:Best way to go is definitely a package WITH a tracking number. Yes, I took a pic of my box too before I mailed it. I learned about requesting the refund from Kangamoose here on the forum. Mine was like like 3 days late. Keep everything until you get your PR. I mailed mine inside a white bubble envelope (i think we had about 200 pages) so it wasn't super thick, and didn't need its own box.
I'd recommend taking a picture of the package and save your receipt until it gets acknowledged by CIC (could be 3 weeks or so).
I don't think so, I forgot as well and ended up getting a scanned PDF of someone's initials. As long as it has tracking I think you're ok.Sivakumar santhanam said:I sent with Canada post with tracking. But didnt ask for sigature. Is there any problem??
