Mailing Options for Finished Application

Hi there,

My wife and I have finished putting together her application for Permanent Residence and we are about to send it off. However, I'm not sure how to send it.
What mailing options are available that CPC Mississauga will accept? DHL? EMS? Regular mail?

We would like to send it as fast as possible. Can anyone help me out?

If you send by courier (DHL, EMS, UPS), use the following:
Case Processing Centre Mississauga
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 1200
Mississauga, ON
L4Z 1H8

Otherwise, use the PO Box address listed in the www.cic.gc.ca website

Thanks steaky. I'm curious though. Why should a different address be used if sending by courier?

They can't use the PO Box if it is a courier. This way, you also get the signature confirmation that they got your application, which is often the only way you know it got there until the sponsorship is approved.

I sent my package by Canada Post Priority to the above address from Alberta. It arrived in 18 hours (next morning delivery) with a signature confirmation. My application was in a box, 9x12x5" and weighed 3.56 kg and cost $55 to send.

I sent our application via Canada Xpresspost (national). I used the waterproof envelope since it was raining lots around that time I sent our application. I sent it on Feb 17, they received it on Feb 19. I paid like $25 for it. Hope this helps!

i need ur suggetions that for initial application for FSW-1 can i courier or send it by post, I live in asia. so, which address to send if i send through courier at NOVA SCOTIA as it mentions two addressess
