Mailing labels - aanbaan/seniors pls reply

Hi all

for mailing labels, i am using the sticker labels which are available in the market which are generally used by kids for their book covers.

On those sticket labels, i am writing down my address (one in english and one in hindi) ; not typing.

just wanted to confirm if this is ok..

Also, they havent specified colour of the envelope (9" x 12 ") . hope any colour does.

Also, they havent specified colour of the envelope (9" x 12 ") . hope any colour does. envelope is not required. Only the mailing labels are enough. I too had used the sticker ones.
BTW, they e-mail these days, so ensure that the e-mail id you give is working. the mailing labels have become redundant since May 09

thanks aanbaan..i was actually asking about the envelope they have mentioned in the instruction guide in which we put in all our filled up forms and papers..They have specified the dimensions there (9 x 12) ..hence wanted to know if they are picky about those kind of details like exact dimension of envelope and colour.

just one more quesion on a different topic though..

While filling up main duties in Schedule 3, if i have worked in 3 different companies one after the other with the same roles and responsibilities (which means same NOC but different designations) , do i actually have to split it into that many lines and mention the different designations but the same NOC and activitiy list 3 times? or is it ok if i just make one entry for the whole consolidated period against the same NOC and mention a generic designation?

thanks aanbaan..i was actually asking about the envelope they have mentioned in the instruction guide in which we put in all our filled up forms and papers..They have specified the dimensions there (9 x 12) ..hence wanted to know if they are picky about those kind of details like exact dimension of envelope and colour.there are not too many papers, so what's the harm in putting in an 9x12. their point is that they don't want a folded application in a smaller envelope, or one in too large an envelope that the application crumbles... as such they should not be picky about the size.. am sure there's no clerk checking the size of the envelope

Continuity is not an issue. I fall under 0213 with 3 yrs of continuous experience in the same organization which is the most recent.. My problem is with the 6 years of experience I have under 2174 during which i worked in 3 different organizations.
so i guess i will have to split ..
