Mailing Application

So, this question probaby proves how much I am over thinking the whole situation, but.... How are you guys preparing your forms for mail.. as in, are you stapling each form together, i.e Application to Sponsor and Undertaking stapled together, and Sponsorship Evaluation form etc. and mailing them all together in the same envelope. Or are you just stapling the whole sha-bang together and sending it off like that..ORRRR OPTION Z... am I overthinking it.

I'm right there with you!

I thought I read somewhere that we aren't supposed to staple. Is this correct? So far I have all the forms paperclipped together, then the different sections of forms clipped together with a binder clip. All of my evidence is binder clipped into sections, then put inside 2 large portfolios. Photos are in 5x7 envelopes and the clipped to additional evidence.

In all, my application will be over 450 pages plus 215 photos. This might be going overboard, but our app is going to Accra, so I think there is no over-doing it with that office.

I am looking forward to reading what others have done.

I paperclipped my sections, then put each section into its own envelope which i then labeled (so sponsors forms, my forms, supporting evidience, photos etc) They didn't seem to have any issues with it

I stapled all my various sections together. Apparently a no-no, but we were approved!

I made sure all our documents, proof of relationship, etc. were printed or pasted on A4 sized paper so there were no loose things to clip or staple. Then I marked each section of the stack according to the document checklist with multi-coloured 3M page markers. But that's just me. I don't think it really matters as long as the packaged is well-organized and easy to know what's what. Good luck

i need ur suggetions that for initial application for FSW-1 can i courier or send it by post, I live in asia. so, which address to send if i send through courier at NOVA SCOTIA as it mentions two addressess
