What's the diffrent between

CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A

and

Courier address (no public drop-offs)
2 Robert Speck Parkway,
Suite 300
Mississauga, ON

Where should I send it to?
I'm living outside of Canada

Couriers don't deliver to P.O. Boxes, if you're using FeDex/UPS/DHL etc., don't send it to the first address.

And if I'm using my local post office service?

Send it to the P.O. Box if you're using regular mail. You can always ask them if they deliver to P.O. Boxes just to be sure, I know EMS Japan does.

Where do most of the people sent to?

I live in Toronto and used Canada Post express, signed and recieved the next morning.

I sent it to the P.O. Box.

Don't forget to include what class the application is for under the address.

based on what i've read around here, there are some people that "lost" documents when sending with Canada Post. after compiling so much evidence and putting so much effort into this application, i prefer having peace of mind. I've sent with UPS. it's a bit more safe in my opinion.. even if it's a bit more pricy.

I sent it with DHL Express to the second address (courier). From Germany to Canada it took 3 days. It cost me 27 euros.

Like others have said, couriers don't deliver to PO boxes. Unless they guarantee you they will deliver it to a PO box, I would say to send it to the second address.
