Mailing Address for Indian & Bangladeshi

Hi !
I am planning to apply for FSW 2013 program.I am little confused about mailing address.
Is it :
Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada
What about singapore visa office then ??

what is the meaning of :
Include 2 self addressed mailing addressed mailing labels:
-One in English or french
-one in official langauge of your contry of residence


Pls guide me.

Initially you have to submit the application to Canada , Nova Scotia. Then later on it will transfer to SGVO

Attached 2 self address in english in envelop......nothing to worry about that
